June 10, 2019 Special Sale Results

Union Commission Co. at Hondo Livestock Auction hosted their Special Stocker Feeder Sale on June 10,  2019. Recognition was given to the top steers and heifers at the sale. A special thank you to all of the participants. To view the week update visit our Market Reports Page.

• 1st Place Steers Sold by Leroy Arnold, Jr of D’Hanis, Texas. There were a total of 9 head of steers averaging 686 pounds. The average price per pound was $1.25 for a total average selling price of $857.64 and were sold to Day Cattle Co.
• 2nd Place Steers Sold by Cowden Bros of Kerrville, Texas. There were a total of 5 head of steers averaging 652 pounds. The average price per pound was $1.35 for an average total selling price of $880.20 and were sold to Central Cattle Co.
• 1st Place Heifers Sold by Stephen Seale of Helotes, Texas. There were a total of 8 head of heifers averaging 857 pounds. The average price per pound was $1.04 for an average total selling price of $858.00 and were sold to Fred Graff Cattle Co.
• 2nd Place Heifers Sold by Ray Harbison of D’Hanis, Texas. There were a total of 12 head of heifers averaging 705 pounds. The average price per pound was $1.08 for a total average selling price of $761.40 and were sold to Day Cattle Co.
